Private, written help with hard people situations at work. You send a message about what's happening; within a day you get a reply with what to do next and suggested words. You can message as often as you need while your membership is active.

It isn't legal, HR, financial, medical or mental health advice, and it isn't a substitute for a lawyer or your company's formal processes. You decide what to do and say; the replies are suggestions. If something needs a professional, I'll say so.

A drafting tool prepares a first pass. Sameed reads your messages and reviews and rewrites every reply before it's sent.

• $149 per month, billed through Stripe when you join and monthly after that.
• This is the founding member rate. It stays the same for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel and rejoin later, the price at that time applies.
• The first-week guarantee: if within 7 days of your first payment it hasn't helped, reply "refund" to any message or email hello@manager.coach, and your first payment is refunded in full.
• Cancel any time by emailing hello@manager.coach. Your membership stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
• Apart from the first-week guarantee, payments already made aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

Share only what you're comfortable sharing. You don't need to name your company or use real names, and you shouldn't send anything your employer has told you to keep confidential.
